Nostra Domina Soccer Club
Season Timeline
- Preseason: August
- Fall Season: September – November
- Winter Training Block: December – February
- Spring Season: March – June
Our year is structured intentionally, not rushed, not overloaded, but aligned with long-term development.
Training Structure
- 2–3 team training sessions per week (4x/week in August)
- Weekend matches during Fall & Spring seasons
- Winter training focused on technical and positional development
- Small roster model
Smaller rosters mean:
- More repetitions
- More decisions
- More game minutes
- More responsibility
Development cannot happen from the bench.
Our Training Environment
Nostra Domina’s training is built around our methodology grounded in academic theory.
Sessions include:
- Positional and possession-based games
- Decision-making under pressure
- Differential learning
- Competitive play in representative spaces
We do not isolate skills out of context.
We design environments that allow learning to emerge.
The player owns the journey.
We create the conditions.
Competition Structure
- League play in Fall & Spring
- Select tournaments (team dependent)
- Winter training phase focused on growth
Competition is important, but training drives the calendar.

TRYOUT INFORMATION
March 23, 2026
Francis Desmares Elementary School Soccer Field — Flemington, NJ
Nostra Domina Soccer Club is forming teams for the 2026–2027 season, and we are hosting open tryouts for local and non-local players. These tryouts will take place within a normal training session. Players will train, play, and scrimmage as they normally would. We believe the best way to understand a player is to see them in the game, in movement, in decision-making, and in relationship with others.
